Find our office locations here.About the RoleAs an Account Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to support client servicing teams by collecting and preparing information for client requests. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the account team in the servicing of clients. Own the handling of day-to-day administrative tasks for clients.
  • Ensure the completion and accuracy of each step in the policy life cycle.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for basic client inquiries and requests, respond to and process requests for routine changes.
  • Support account teams in the coordination of client-facing interactions.
  • Prepare materials, presentations, and spreadsheets for client meetings.
  • Take notes at client meetings and track key takeaways for account teams.
  • Own the processing of policy changes and updates.This job is for you if---

      • Prior customer service, office administration, and/or insurance experience.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
      • Required to obtain the applicable insurance license(s) within 90 days of date of hire.Compensation: Anticipated salary between $39,000 - $65,000. Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate. This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 8% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.Our Benefits Include
