We navigate the ever-evolving landscape of paid partnerships and corporate sponsorships by expertly connecting brands with ideal clients to achieve profitable outcomes.As a Client Sales Manager (CSM) at AGS, your primary responsibility is to negotiate and secure brand deals for AGS clients. Your objectives include building a network of brand relationships, negotiating and closing corporate sponsorship and paid partnership deals, and achieving monthly revenue targets. You will report to AGS partners and collaborate closely with various departments and executives.Qualifications:

  • You must understand the financial value of brand marketing, corporate sponsorship, and the paid partnership landscape. The brand marketing industry is constantly evolving, and you are required to stay up to date with the latest trends, emerging social media platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with different social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their unique characteristics to determine and market specific brand campaigns.
  • Understanding the power of brand marketing in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales for AGS's clients.
  • Identifying and researching potential brand partners that align with our clients' target audience and values. Work together with the strategic research partnership department, assisting with thorough brand research using online resources, social media platforms, industry publications, and competitor analysis.
  • Utilizing AGS's brand research identification tools and resources to identify potential brand partners.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with a focus on strong relationships with brands and company representatives. Initiate contact, introduce AGS, and express interest in potential collaborations for corporate sponsorship and paid partnerships.
  • Communicating professionally, personalizing your outreach, and highlighting the value proposition of partnering with AGS and our clients.
  • Nurturing relationships by regularly following up, providing updates on brand campaigns, and identifying new collaboration opportunities.
  • Pitching and negotiating corporate sponsorship and paid partnership deals, crafting compelling brand pitches tailored to the brand's objectives. Present the unique benefits of partnering with AGS, such as our expertise, access to a diverse pool of brands, and previous successful campaigns.
  • Negotiating deal terms, including deliverables, exclusivity, compensation, and contractual obligations. Striving for win-win solutions that satisfy both the brand and client.
  • Adhering to industry compliance and ethical practices is mandatory. Emphasizing transparency and ethical practices when working with brands and clients, ensuring that all partnerships are authentic and comply with legal and ethical standards. Staying informed about changes in regulations and best practices to maintain AGS's reputation as an ethical and responsible agency.Some of the Things You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Hand-selecting the very best corporate partners for each client after taking time to clearly understand the client's vision.
  • Recruiting corporate partners from around the world to join the AGS agency community and participate in client strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiating with and contracting strategic partnerships for clients.
  • Building and investing in long-term relationships with corporate partners, marketing, advertising, and influencer management agencies.
  • Working closely with the brand management team.
