With core products like peer-to-peer payments, paying businesses online and in-store, the Venmo Credit and Debit cards, and more, Venmo is like a rocket ship continually launching to new heights.Job Description:Your way to impact:As the Senior Product Manager for Identity, you will focus on building and executing against the identity roadmap to create secure, scalable backend systems and seamless mobile-first user experiences. You'll lead the identity product and cross-functional teams, and will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal and compliance, growth and monetization considerations. You will investigate data to identify where the largest opportunities may be to grow and expand our users, manage request intake and feature scoping, and participate in agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features.Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead a cross-functional team in creating and executing against an identity platform roadmap for a mobile-first consumer experience.
  • Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features.
  • Identify, design, experiment and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research.
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch product.
  • Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.What You Need To Bring:
    • 6+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience.
    • Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile products.
    • Experience in developing and implementing scalable identity platform solutions.
    • Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product hypotheses and decisions.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in high-growth environments.
    • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
