Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Channel Programs to
lead efforts in building and optimizing their partner
ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a global channel partner strategy to align
with growth objectives
Build and manage a world-class channel partner program, including
partner tiers and incentives
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create
go-to-market initiatives that drive partner-driven revenue
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in channel management or partner programs
within B2G, B2B software, SaaS, or technology sectors
Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems with
measurable revenue growth
Deep understanding of defense, intelligence, and critical
infrastructure sectors
Strong leadership and team-building skills with cross-functional
collaboration experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA desirable
