McGee Air Services is looking for a Fleet Operations Manager to

Job Title:
Fleet Operations Manager
The Manager, Fleet Operations will provide operational leadership
and strategic support for all fleet team members at the local level
and is accountable for a successful partnership between McGee Air
Services and its customers. This role is responsible for managing
all aspects of fleet operations performance, leading safety
programs, and leading an engaged, highly productive team and
driving a culture of mutual respect and involvement.

Shift Info: Our operational teams work around the clock 365 days
per year. Shifts will vary based off specific roles, we work hard
and play hard too. Our team members adapt to celebrating holidays
or events on different days to ensure a strong operational
performance.

- Lead a team of duty managers, supervisors, leads, and agents,
including team member coaching, mentoring, and supporting

- Monitor, assess, and report on ramp and team performance as
needed and drive ongoing improvement
- Investigate and report delays, irregularities, safety and

for future prevention
- Proactively identify potential threats to performance, safety,
compliance, and staffing and implement mitigation
- Prepare necessary improvement plans, plan and execute
initiatives, and coordinate efficient monthly/quarterly team member
work schedules
- Ensure tools and equipment are available and in working
condition for team members to perform job functions effectively and
that robustly maintain systems are in place to track
equipment
- Ensure that facilities are maintained in excellent condition,
clean, organized, and free of hazards and clutter
- Supervise and fulfill all administrative duties inherent to
this position in a timely manner to include scheduling, training,
discipline and team member performance development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulations of
federal, state and local airport authorities
- Conduct audits and observations to ensure compliance with
company and customer policy and expectations
- Demonstrate and maintain open and honest communication,

Must haves to join our team:
- Obtain and maintain an airport security clearance, customs
seal, and/or USPS security clearance including background criminal
history check, drug screen, and fingerprinting is
required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record is always
required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license and one of the following
documents in order to obtain a Port Badge and US Customs Security
clearance:
- Original or certified copy of a birth certificate
- Unexpired US Passport
- Permanent Resident Card
- Unexpired US Territory Passport and I-94
- Airport SIDA Badge Requirements: Important update for non-crew
employees working at an airport or maintenance hangar: Employees
will be required to obtain a SIDA badge provided by the airport
authority and maintain good standing in order to keep their SIDA
badge.

required
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment
We'd love if you have some of these....
- College course work in related fields preferred
- Three (3) years of hands-on leadership experience, including
experience leading large groups of team members in a fast-paced,
service-focused environment required
- Three (3) years of airline experience with proven skills in
station operations, including one of the following areas: passenger
service, cargo handling, fleet service, and ground operations
required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
required
- Professional work ethic and demonstrated ability to work with
all work groups while addressing people courageously, directly and
candidly
- Proven ability to direct the work of others in a positive
way
- Strong leadership ability with a genuine desire to help
others
- Able to lead and successfully communicate with a diverse
workgroup and other internal departments
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance,
customs seal, and/or USPS security clearance including background
criminal history check, drug screen and fingerprinting required by
specific work assignment
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential
information
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays
required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary Range (if applicable):
The full salary range for this position is $77,629.00 - $116,444.00
per year.
The expected Hiring Salary Range for this position is $77,629.00 -
$96,000.00 per year.
