Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Engineering Lead (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the data engineering vision and strategy for the
Credit platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and
performance
Oversee the platform's full data lifecycle, from ingestion and
transformation to modeling, reporting, and real-time streaming
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and architects, fostering
a high-performance, growth-oriented culture
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience with various data management platforms and
technologies, including relational and NoSQL databases
5+ years of hands-on experience with ETL tools and data
visualization platforms
Strong experience with reporting and analytics modeling, including
optimization for performance
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable,
performant data designs
Experience conducting design/architecture and implementation/code
reviews
