Job Description:

We're looking for a founding AI and backend engineer to help build and scale our product as we roll it out to early customers and beyond. You'll play a critical role in shaping our AI-driven security platform, collaborating closely with the founding team.What You'll Do

• Develop AI-powered product features that enhance security and enterprise data governance
• Engage with customers to understand needs and iterate on solutions
• Own AI initiatives and system components end-to-end, from research to deployment
• Contribute across the stack, from backend development to DevOps, ensuring performance, scalability, and securityYour Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years in a core software engineering team, shipping scalable software
  • 2+ years developing ML- or AI-driven features
  • Strong backend and systems engineering fundamentals
  • Experience training and deploying ML models and data-driven services
  • Familiarity with the latest LLM and ML advancements
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex technical challenges collaboratively
  • (Desirable) Experience with Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)Mindset & Fit
