Responsibilities include defining and debugging analog and digital IC products, overseeing and driving product development, providing technical support for key customers, developing reference circuits, and writing datasheets and application/design notes.Essential Functions:

• Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define and debug analog/digital IC products in DC/DC converters, Core power conversion, and DrMOS applications.
• Take ownership of assigned products, work with multiple internal teams (design, PE, TE) to drive the full development cycle from definition to production release.
• Provide application technical support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers.
• Develop application reference circuits and system level power management solutions for computing, networking, server and cloud markets.
• Write datasheets, application notes, design notes and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products.Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in switch mode power supplies including DC/DC, AC/DC or inverters.
  • Previous experience with low voltage/high current multi-phase buck converter design/test/optimization for CPU/GPU power delivery applications is highly preferred.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company is a plus.
  • MSEE or higher required.Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons.
