Work Model: RemoteDescription:The position is for a Specialist Engineer for a Billing Data & Intelligence engagement.Requirements:

• Should have knowledge of creating stories in Gherkin format.
• Should have knowledge of Data analytics and dealing with large data sets.
• Should be able to analyze technical requirements from business and coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Should be able to analyze business requirements and map them.
• Must be able to work with upstream and downstream team product managers to identify solutions given a business requirement.
• Should be able to create sequence diagrams for API interactions.
• Good to know Telecom BSS stack.Job Responsibilities:
  • Support OSS/BSS and their transformation, including enhancement to the current systems.
  • Gather and analyze business, operation, or product requirements for development, solution discovery, and solutions.
  • Understand all features and guide the team on the acceptance of the feature.
  • Work with all levels of business functions to understand IT business issues and propose resolutions.
  • Gather business and technical requirements from users, prioritizing stories for the team based on business priorities.
  • Capture NFR - Security and Performance for every feature and map them into stories.
  • Map requirements to the systems, perform gap analysis, recommend improvements, and identify risks and dependencies.
  • Analyze technology environment and requirements, set up collaboration framework, create solution prototypes, and participate in technology selection.
  • Provide consultancy to users for all OSS/BSS-related solutions, initiatives, and matters.
  • Lead in architectural areas to participate in delivering projects spanning across OSS/BSS modules and associated processes based on agreed timelines and budget.
  • Understand architectural standards, guidelines, policies, and best practices for technology, application, and data within the domain.
