Job Description: Be a key member of the core team that sets the
strategy and direction for the Client's Platforms and Devices
Marketing team.
The Global Strategy and Operations team is made up of business
thinkers who work closely with key Marketing Leads to innovate and
set global strategy and drive business growth.
Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Operations is a core SWAT
team of business thinkers, partnering closely with cross-functional
leaders to define global marketing strategy by understanding both
global and local user and business needs. The team builds
operational capabilities to scale a rapidly growing function and
drives growth through both traditional and modern marketing
channels and tactics.
You will collaborate across all client geographies and work
cross-functionally with leaders in Marketing, Product, Finance, and
People Operations to tackle high-priority challenges and elevate
Marketing's operational excellence.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and key partner
to executives across all client products.
Help shape annual plans by developing structured strategies,
aligning with regional needs, and evaluating trade-offs and
impact.
Lead and support strategic initiatives across Marketing and the
broader business through user insights and data analysis.
Enhance Marketing efficiency and effectiveness by applying a
rigorous, process-driven approach.
Evaluate Marketing performance and make data-informed
recommendations to help the client meet ambitious goals.
Required: 6 years of experience in management consulting,
operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital,
private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with
an advanced degree.
3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing
cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in Marketing or Advertising, Consulting is a plus.
Experience in a role requiring impeccable business judgement,
rigorous analytical problem solving, quantitative analysis, and
communicating findings to senior management is a plus
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical
experience.
