KPIX is looking for a highly talented part-time video editor with a passion for news and experience using non-linear editing equipment.Candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience working in a fast-paced television news environment. Must be detail-oriented, and deadline driven with minimal supervision. Ability to work with Grass Valley Edius editing system is preferred. The editor must be a creative and poised team player who can juggle multiple projects at once. Candidate must be flexible with work schedule, and willing to work nights, overnights, and weekends as needed.
