Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Specialist Senior or Lead
to manage marketing content and advertising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the development and production of integrated marketing
campaigns across multiple channels
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align campaign efforts with
business strategies and consumer insights
Oversee campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to
optimize results
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of related work
experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of
experience in a marketing role
Demonstrated marketing experience within an advertising agency,
particularly with large-scale consumer brands
Proven experience in integrated marketing and aligning campaigns
with brand objectives
Experience managing creative development and execution of marketing
campaigns
Experience with co-branded partnerships and sponsorships
