Contract
Responsibilities:
* Performs computer hardware and software installations,
maintenance tasks, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems and
peripheral equipment.
* Operating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with the Windows
10/11 operating system.
* Coordinates across multiple departments/vendors to provide
support.
* Interacts with the customer when responding to technical
questions or requests for information.
* Maintains regular attendance.
* Support and maintain Teams and Zoom video conferencing platforms
running on Polycom hardware.
* Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
* Contributing to IT-related projects as required, supporting the
broader objectives of the organization.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
* Solid experience on the helpdesk or desktop support role.
* Experience working with Microsoft 365 and AD .
* Working knowledge of Window 10 operating system, imaging &
deployment.
* Working knowledge of video conferencing technology (Teams, Zoom)
to provide support in conference rooms.
* Expert knowledge and troubleshooting related to Win 10/11 OS.
* Working knowledge of ServiceNow or other similar ticketing tool
preferred.
* Strong knowledge of helpdesk and IT Service Management
operational best practices, including knowledge documentation,
incident escalations, change management, and effective
communications.
* Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
* Ability to work independently and be a "self-starter."
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to
work with multiple groups.
